Preface: Due to confidentiality agreements and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place, the company discussed in this case study will be referred to as “Orion.” This ensures compliance with legal obligations while protecting the proprietary information of the client.

Overview

Orion, an AI Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) startup, faced challenges common within its industry, such as targeting decision-makers in a highly niche market, communicating its value proposition effectively amidst growing competition, and building scalable lead generation systems to support aggressive revenue and funding goals. These issues often plague AI GRC startups as they navigate the complexities of managing compliance in an evolving AI landscape while establishing themselves as leaders in their domain.

To address these challenges, we partnered with Orion to implement a tailored cold email infrastructure aimed at driving qualified lead flow. This initiative was designed to increase MRR through consistent, targeted outreach campaigns, putting the company on a clear path toward Series B funding.

Objective

The primary goal of this project was to generate high-intent leads through targeted email outreach. The campaign aimed to drive more demos, convert prospects into customers, and boost MRR, ultimately preparing Orion for its Series B funding round.

  • Unique Replies: 269 (7.37% reply rate)

  • Positive Replies: 88 (32.71% of replies were positive)
